If
music is Ireland’s cultural lifeblood, then this is a voyage to
its very heart. Ceol (Irish for music) is a unique, interactive
visitors centre that celebrates the living story of Irish traditional
music, song and dance, its roots, its energy, its personalities.
Easy-to-use,
interactive multimedia consoles will guide you through musics
colourful history, looking at key characters, tracing their inspiration,
placing them in their time.
At Ceols core, a 180-degree widescreen auditorium where visitors
will be swept on a breathtaking journey the length of Ireland and
the breadth of its musical heritage.
