A SCHOOL in Greenhills, Dublin 12, was one of several that were selected to showcase projects at the 8th annual Feilte event which took place at NUI Galway recently.

Organised by The Teaching Council, this is the largest annual educational event in Ireland.

The unique gathering celebrates the wonderful work that teachers do every day in their classrooms, and provides a platform for educationalists to network and share innovative teaching and learning ideas.

At the heart of the event were over 50 showcases and workshops spanning projects from across the education sector, demonstrating the innovation and creativity that is taking place in schools across Ireland today. Pictured above showcasing their projects for Greenhills College, Walkinstown ‘Julie The Genie - Inspiring Environments’ are Colm Harte of the Teaching Council and Julie Potter.
