LOCAL children were given the opportunity to grace the hallowed turf of Croke Park recently for this year’s Allianz Cumann na mBunscol Áth Cliath Football Finals.

Pupils from a number of Northside schools were involved in the various finals which were played over two days.

Once again there was a great display of skills on show with legendary GAA commentator Mícheál Ó Muircheartaigh presenting the trophies to the delighted children.
