 The countdown is on for the new era Scirocco as the third generation of the sports car will be arriving to Belgard Volkswagen this month.The original Scirocco first presented in 1974 was designed by Giorgio Giugiaro – this was an affordable car with everyday utility. Front-wheel drive also made it a safe sports car for use every day of the year. The car was so successful almost 800,000 models were sold. The new Scirocco is extending this tradition. It offers pure driving pleasure, a new powerful design, high-end technologies such as DCC adaptive chassis control and the new 7-speed DSG dual clutch transmission. There is also exclusive use of efficient turbo engines with up to 147 kW / 200 BHP. Prices will start at e34,710 for the 2.0TSi manual.
